Webdenso provides IT services including web development, custom software, mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and social media management. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Webdenso retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery.

Webdenso retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA specifies otherwise.

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a 30–50% advance before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work already delivered in good faith is non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

Webdenso's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Webdenso is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.
